Hummingbird Nectar

This is the second bottle of this nectar I have purchased. The feeder was up only a couple of hours, when my first hummingbird as seen there. I now have more than one hummingbird at the feeder. One will sit on the shepard staff and guard the feeder and when other hummingbirds come around, it will chase the other ones around. The birds like the nectar, so that is why the second bottle was purchased. The birds are really fun to watch

Best price and the hummers love it.

Crazy prices on the First Nature nectar all over the net. Walmart is selling it for a very reasonable price. I only use it when it gets really hot like in the 90's. Sugar water just spoils too fast when it's that hot outside. Sugar water will start turning cloudy around here in less than two days when it is 90 plus every day. I can leave the First Nature nectar in the feeder for seven days combined with 90 plus degree temperatures, and it does not spoil. I change it at one week intervals, and give the feeders a good scrubbing with dawn detergent. Mid July all the Walmart stores around me do not have any in stock, and in June the shelves were loaded. Wish they would stock the clear, so put that on your to do list Walmart!
