Terrible product and worse customer service

Brodart came with defects. Emailed seller, and was promised a replacement. Never arrived. Emailed 6 times. No response. Finally called and spoke to seller in person. Said she would send replacement as soon as possible. Never did. Will never buy brodart from the seller ever again!
