This duct-mounted electric heater comes with detailed installation instructions, but you may want to refer to your local HVAC specialist for assistance. You'll need to cut away part of your duct piping to install. Keep your home toasty as this duct heater can produce up to 5,000 BTUs and 1,440 watts of heat. This 8-inch-diameter duct heater uses a fan to drive warm air. In the summer, you can switch the electric heater to fan-only operation to improve your home's airflow during air conditioning cycles. This duct heater requires a minimum 12.6-amp circuit, 120-volts, and hardwires directly to your home's electrical system. It also comes with a wired thermostat for temperature control.
