Encourages pets to drink more water

I got this so my dogs would drink more water for good kidney health. I suppose the running spout of water helped encourage them to. Now, it feels like they drink TOO much water haha. I have a medium sized dog and a tiny chihuahua, this is big enough bowl for both of them. If you have lots of pets or more than one medium sized dog you would probably be filling this up at least 4 times a day. I've had this for over a month and a half and still works well.
