Instructions
To improve daily oral hygiene, rinse or gargle for 20-30 seconds with 1 capful after eating or brushing. Use as needed for sparkling clean breath and a tingly fresh mouth. Store at 59 degrees - 86 degrees F (15 degrees - 30 degrees C). Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Swish 2-3 capfuls around in mouth over affected area for at least 1 minute and then spit out. Use up to 4 times daily or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Children under 12 should be supervised in the use of the product. Children under 2 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

Happy mouth - happier owner because of Eco Dent
I have been using EcoDent for years now with great results re gum health in particular. Its inclusion of COQ10, and omission of alcohol, are both efficacious for tissue well-being. A little goes a long way. Others whom I have gotten to try Eco-Dent have been eqaully impressed.

My husband and I have been using this tooth powder for a year or two now and wouldn't use anything else. Some people say they loose powder trying to sprinkle it onto the toothbrush, I just sprinkle some powder into the palm of my hand and lick it off and spread it onto my teeth from there, that way you don't loose any of the powder. It is great stuff and makes your mouth feel very fresh when you are done. You don't need much powder to get a good fresh clean. I love how natural it is, without all the yucky stuff toothpaste has in it, that shouldn't even be put into your mouth in the first place! This powder is strong and leaves a nice fresh taste... and best of all, natural....a little powder goes a long ways! We love it!!
