New Formula Tastes OK
I've been using Amp Mass XXX for years, but they recently changed the formula. After reading some of the recent reviews, I was concerned about how the new formula would taste, so I ordered my usual Chocolate and Vanilla, expecting the worst and anticipating needing to return them. I was pleasantly surprised that both flavors taste just fine. I think the old formula tasted better, but these are totally OK and the taste definitely wouldn't deter me from buying again. I add them to milk personally. I haven't tried them with water.

Mass XXX - Awesome Product
Very good product. Combined with a rigorous training plan I have seen gain of 4 pounds of muscle. I take on my training days post-work-out and on the off days as a snack. Good taste and not an issue with tolerance or stomach upset. I recommend it to anyone seeking to support muscle growth.

When done right, amazing!
I used this product with 2% milk. I went through two containers in six weeks. I also ate very healthy, got at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. With that said I gained 20 pounds during this time. I also drink Sam's club brand 30 G protein drinks lots of water, and are clean carbs. I got stretch marks on both sides of my armpits and my biceps. This stuff seriously works if you do it right. I lifted very hard at the gym and some at home with my free weights. My recovery time was amazing leading to more workouts during the week which is really what helped me get this growth. With the cardio I lost fat during the process at well. Keep in mind this was high intensity lifting and cardio.
