I am now on my second pair of these Fit Flops. The first pair, I wore pretty continiously, while traveling for a year and a half. I used them for walks of 3/4 miles on sandy beaches and to go out in the evenings. They were super comfy and had great support soles, I suffer from a bad back and am really fussy about my shoes. I have also bought my 30 yr old daughter a pair in another colour, she is very fashion concious and loves them too.mary

These sandals are very comfortable - I have high arches and can not wear regular flip flops. The strap across the top holds this sandal in place very well. I have worn them all day without foot pain - perfect for our Florida summer weather. I usually wear a size 8&1/2 and went up to a size 9 for this style. I highly recommend & purchased the black color as well.
