Painful stiff joints
I struggled for a long time trying to swallow the large pills to get the potency I desired. I was not consistent, swallowing was so difficult I never did get reasonable results. When you are a senior, 75 yrs old swallowing can be a problem. Solution; I was searching the Swanson Vitamins site when I saw the add for a liquid Glucosamine - Chondroitin. It had the high potency I wanted. I finished that first bottle and at the end of that first month I felt better. I would highly recommend any person with a swallowing problem to try this liquid product.

Taste is fine!
Marvelous supplement with the best combination of Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM and gluten free for those of us who care. As for the TASTE, it is absolutely fine. Sure, it does not taste like my favorite dish, but it is a bit sweet and goes down smoothly. Those whining about taste must be lacking taste buds--Do not be put off by those reviews. This product is fantastic.
