Favorite Sleep Aide
I have been using Natrol's Sleep'N Restore for quite some time and have found this product to work very well. I don't like to be without it. When I wake up in the morning, I am not groggy, but feel refreshed. I have not experienced any bad side effects and recommend this highly.

Yes, I really recommend this product. If you are really bad at getting to sleep you might have to add another product with this one. But I don't think you will have to. Just try it, I think it is the ticket that you are looking for. Good Sleeping. I just recommended it to my family.
