Definitely works!

My brother brought this back for me after his trip to the US and it definitely works! Not an every night thing, but really useful if I do want to fall asleep ASAP and need help with switching my brain off!

Awesome supplement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work long days and in those long days I sometimes drink more cups of coffee than I should and I will not lie, some days I have issues getting a good nights rest. I am so glad to have found these melatonin supplements because they do a great job of putting me to sleep throughout the whole night leaving me feeling fully rejuvenated for the next day without and groggy or extra sleep side effects in the morning.
