This item is a gem. It is marketed as a pain relieving liquid but is used primarily on mosquito bites or bee stings in our home. It takes the itching and swelling out of mosquito bites when applied a few times and the pain and swelling out of stings when applied frequently directly after being stung. This has been successful when after bite, mud and other items have failed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
