Received broken and sharp

I received this plug with a broken facet on the gem at the end. It's sharp and unsafe to use. I've emailed the seller twice for a refund or an exchange but have not gotten a response. It said they'd contact me within 48 hours it's been over a week. For a glass company selling these products, the quality standards need to be better.
