Missing bundle (dinosaurs)

The toy box was supposed to come with a bundle. It was a gift for my Grandson. He received it today and on the inside there was paperwork stating there was 12 dinosaurs included and there wasn't any. Please either send the dinosaurs or refund my card. I'm very frustrated.
