Very Disappointed !!!

I place an order with walmart . They outsourced product that I ordered for them . When the shipper said they delivered product (picture shows was dropped off at the edge of the road and driveway at the door of they truck.) When I contacted walmart about the issue . Instead of replacing product I was issue a refund even though I wanted product . I don't think I will place anymore orders with walmart .
