I don't think I've ever left a bad review in my life but here we go. I was gifted this cup for Christmas. I was so excited to use this travel cup! When I opened it and took the lid off to wash it, the seal was stuck to the ceramic cup. The seal ripped and is completely worthless now. I have contacted the company through email and phone now about this (imo a quality issue) and they will not send me a replacement seal so that I can use the cup because it was purchased from a retailer (who has nothing to do with the quality of the product?)
