I did not need high-end tools. Just DIY stuff. These fit the bill. Arrived in a jumble of scattering bits because the cheap case feel apart during shipping inside the shipping box. I reassembled it okay, but still minimal quality. The extractor bits seem they will serve my household purposes. MY BIGGEST CRITIQUE.... The sizes are "etched" onto the metal surfaces but you need super human zoom eyesight to read the good ones and multiple magnification to read the super tiny nearly invisible ones. I used my cell camera on 6x magnification then took a screenshot. Then pull the image from the gallery to stretch it out even further to take a confident guess at the weak etching. Very few were legible without assistance. But I can beat my way out of a box and just grab the size needed for my random use. The manufacturer can do better if the chose to. They did not chose to !!

Delivery issue: Why did the driver refuse to deliver my order. Secondly the driver spoke no English. This makes it impossible to understand why he wouldn't deliver. After he talked to his manger, in Spanish, he eventually made the delivery. This event is totally unexceptable. Diver not speaking English is also unreasonable. We are in the USA which is an English speaking country. Anyone who has to deal this customers, MUST speak English.
