I selected this item that was supposed to be excellent like new condition. Cosmetically it is flawless and seems like it would run ok but shortly after set up the touch bar started flashing like a strobe effect and now keeps going between flashing and being stuck on. It was intended to be used for school but is very distracting. The return window was short and I haven't gotten a response yet to my request for help with the issue.

I was so excited about this! I opened the box and it was a beautiful laptop, very clean! I started it up got my Apple ID entered and was ready to go until… The thing kept restarting on its own! Instead of going to sleep, it will restart! When you close the lid and opened it back up… Restart! I did some self research and try to fix the issue myself to no avail then I reached out to the seller. They set a huge how to fix email like I was calling from the genius bar! I said never mind take it back. Send the money!
