The package looked like it had been opened and returned. The plastic the item was in from the manufacturer was ripped including the cardboard inserts. The item was bulky, much bigger than what I ordered, and it was black. It was not even made by Belkin. I requested a refund and scheduled to return it the same day, literally right after opening it.
