One was golden, the other made my phone temperal

I bought two of these cases. One was red one was green. First off green one worked great, the red one not so much as the case interferes with the side buttons and they don't work so well, it has also caused issues with the touch screen. I tried increasing the screen sensitivity, that didn't help hardly at all. unfortunately I think I'm just going to have to check this case and try again with a different one, or try glass screen protector and see if that doesn't help.
