55+ Must have this book

I am 55+ and found this book highly informative. It is simple to read and understand. It made me able to dialogue with my doctor intelligently and understands the situation at hand. My doctor said he will buy this book because he is intrigued with my knowledge and ability to follow his explanation. This book should be on everyone's book case. I think it would make a great holiday gift to the elderly. It will open their eyes. A friend of mine told me, after he read the book that he plans to watch what he eats, drinks, exercise, and sleeping habits and get in shape to enjoy a healthy life.
