Edmunds Clip-On All Purpose Light, Black

I guess I didn't read the details about the batteries. There are three wafer type batteries and I don't believe the average person can change them when the batteries need to be changed. For the purpose I need this light it shines only a spot on the picture instead of lighting the whole picture. I since bought a lamp with an incandescent bulb and it's doing the job very nicely.. So I'll be packaging the Edmunds light and sending it back. For the money it clamps on well and turns on well, after adjusting it to a position it stays put well. Thanks for listening. Delmar
