Founded in 1856, the Holladay Distillery is the oldest continuously operating distillery in the United States. Ben Holladay was a kentucky native who founded the distillery. He knew that the limestone on property would help to produce very high quality bourbon. The limestone springs on site were charted by Lewis & Clark on their expedition in 1804. 73% corn, 15% soft red wheat, 12% malted barley. Large and small grains are cooked seperatley. Once barreled, the prouct is aged in rickhouses built in the 1950's. The unique Missouri climate conditions have a real impact on the complexity of the finished spirit. Highly awardeded - released in 2023.
