It has taken time to assure this security system was the correct choice. I did have some intermittent issues with the first Smonet system, however I was pleased to have a factory replacement NVR arrive within a few short days! When I contacted their very fine service department, the technical person actually returned my call on the same day. he spoke very excellent English. I had great answers to my many questions. I never felt as though I was being rushed. They also called back to see if I had any concerns or questions. I have complete confidence this was the correct choice. Smonet security cameras are Very good .I have 8 cameras to protect my house 24 hours.
