Merchandise Order %23 2000111-14653704 I installed 3 of the cameras one of them arrived defective and can’t synchronized with the hub (with Wifi short blue cable to camera screen do not shows WiFi distance in blue to recorder). Please, advise the salesman if needs return the all setup or just the defective camera. Thanks for this attention

Good improvement over previous systems

3MP camera system is a good improvement over previous 2MP system which I bought 3 years ago. Easy to install. Stronger wifi communications between cameras and base. Clear video with audio. Software on base is also an improvement. Smartphone app works good. The only problem is the software to view videos on a computers. I've made several attempts for the past week to get a response from Smonet and have gotten nothing. The description says it use Eseecloud software. (You can also View the Live View from Computer or Laptop via "Eseecloud" Software.) That is false. It's a proprietary VMS software. Customer service is lacking.
