Nice once you get all the stuff they forgot

The instructions were a bit backwards. The chair came missing 11 bolts on one side. We finally got it all together (after a few different trips to a hardware store). Then the shampoo bowl drain was not properly sealed. We then had to take apart the bowl from the chair (yet again) and seal the drain with silicone caulking. Once that was all completed, actually pretty solid chair and the bowl is nice, with great water pressure!
