It has stretchy lining which allows for breathability, just wear with loose clothing for maximum use. While sizing comes in different ranges the stretch allows for multiple sizes! The cuffing around the legs and waist offers maximum protection as well.

Mom said the XL with these is somehow tighter? She's 250 lbs so that may be the problem? She gets a generic brand thru her insurance OTC. And she would rather wear those.. I figure brand name depends would be tighter on the sides.and cut down on nighttime bed pad wetting,v she wakes up covered in urine up her back.
