Prairie View Industries SL536 Solid Ramp, 5 ft x 36 in

I needed a ramp for the entry to my living room to enable my wheelchair bound mother to Move in. This ramp made it possible - it is the perfect solution - solid, secure, no movement at all when moving the chair on or off. The "hardest" part about the installation was getting it out of the box (i.e., EASY!) Thank you!!

We. Received our ramp from Fed Ex in a box that looked like a dinosaur had been chewing on it. I was extremely concerned about the integrity of the inside ramp. Yet as PVI states our ramps are made to last and easy to install. Regardless of the Dino attack on our box, the ramp inside was awesome. Had to make a little adjustment based on my own miscalculation error. But a slight adjustment to the threshold and boom set and boom: screwed to threshold and managed the power wheelchair down and up the ramp with ease. A bigger bonus is it helps my little 18 month old nephew with navigating the stairs outside the deck. With the ramp, he's as happy and daring with his toys. So not only do I get to finally be outside alone with the security that the ramp won't fail but I also get the bonus of having my nephew rolling out behind me on his little car. Plus he uses the ramp to launch his tittle toys from the threshold off the deck. The PVI ramp not only helped me get to be outside for the first time without help, it also helped the second generation learn how to roll out behind me and how traverse a ramp by walking up and down with my younger sister. First time he was able to not have to worry about falling down going on stairs. He has a wall to hang onto and the confidence now to get up and down. Plus so those little toys go flying off the deck for my sister to find!! Thank you PVI from not just one generation but for happily affecting the lives of two generations. I would give all of your ramps 5 stars. We have two more in the front for two sets of steps that are smaller but still allow me to get outside again. It was a significant change from going from triathlons to being in a powerchair just 5 years later. from my car
