Replacement steps of exhaust filter:

• After the vacuum pump stops, confirm that the system has no pressure.
  
  
  
• Remove the quick release flange from the filter.
  
  
  
• Remove the oil mist filter and replace it with a new exhaust filter.
• Note: when changing the exhaust filter, it is better to change the vacuum pump oil at the same time
