Excellent Pedal!

This is a great pedal! It has so many features and effects. After updating the firmware from the Zoom website, you have 172 effects to choose from. Most of them sound really good also. There are some that I will never use, but there are so many good effects to choose from. You can use the free effects manager software on your computer and swap out which effects you do not like for the ones you do. The 22 amp models sound very good also. It has built in tuner also and it works very well. You are also able to calibrate the tuner for different tunings. This is probably the easiest effects processor I have ever used. You can use six effects at the same time, and you can put them in any order you want to. There are 30 preset patches, but there are also 50 memory locations for the storage of user-created patches. There is also a tap tempo function which is really handy. There are stereo out jacks. The display is easy to see. The pedal is sturdy feeling with a metal case and switch. What is also awesome is the pedal will run on both two AA batteries for seven hours or an optional power adapter. You can also use the USB plug-in and it will power from your computer. This is really handy when you are recording into your computer. The only thing this pedal does not have that I wish it did was drums and a looper. Then it would be the ultimate pedal. Overall, I love this effects pedal. You get a lot for the price of a single effects pedal.
