Too tight! Unadjustable headband
These ear protection muffs are extremely uncomfortable to wear because the headband is not adjustable and the ear muffs are too tight against the head. Even with the gel ear pads these muffs exert too much pressure against the ear to be comfortable. They block sound well enough, but my suggestion is look somewhere else for comfort.
