Cat litter that's an air freshener!

This cat litter makes my house smell good. I don't think I ever thought I'd hear myself say that. This smells so good, like a walk in the woods, a cross between pine and cedar chips. I use this litter in The Breeze cat litter box instead of The Breeze pellets. If you know anything about it, they are like hard concrete pellets that are "supposed" to allow the urine to pass thru to the bottom of the litter box, then collect on a disposable pee pad. But what really happens is The concrete Breeze pellets absorb the smell as it passes thru, making the box stink like a wet urine stained sidewalk. Plus my cat hated the hardness of the concrete pellets so he decided he had enough and started pooping elsewhere. But once I switched to these pine pellets, he started using his box consistently again. What happens now is: he pees in theBreeze box, some urine passes thru to the pee pad,but most gets absorbed by the pine pellets. The pine pellets turn to sawdust, then I wait an hour to make sure it's dry, then swish around the sawdust with a scooper so it drops through the bottom grate onto the pee pad, then dump the sawdust into a trash bag. And this is gross, but I swear to you, after a week when I stick my nose on that sawdust bag of disintegrated sawdust pee, it still smells good! For the poop; I scoop it out, put it in a paper towel, and plop in the toilet (just the poop, not the paper towel) and flush. No worries about getting some pellets in the toilet either because they just dissolve in the water after a few minutes. My house smells great and it's thanks to cat litter...that's gotta be the most absurd statement ever. I suppose this would work ok with a regular box, but you'd have to dump the entire box out once a month or so when the box becomes all sawdust. But if you bought TheBreeze box or some other litter box that has a grated bottom that allows the urine to pass through to a removable bottom, I think that's the best. I don't think I'd ever have to waste any litter. There is some "tracking" of litter outside the kid when cat jumps out, but since they're just little pellets, I just pick them up and toss em back in, it's not like horrible clay litter that gets everywhere.

I like to add them on top of the regular litters. It helps removing the smell. If you have multiple cats, get it!
