Excellent customer service! Bed was to arrive later than new mattress- contacted CS, immediate response %26 help. Bed shipment was expedited and arrived at no extra cost before mattress! Being a handicap, mobile impaired almost 70 yr old Sr citizen -I was able to assemble bed alone and transport thought extremely heavy from porch to bedroom- by removing and carrying 2- 3 pieces at a time to bedroom for assembly. Bed is very nice looking and extremely sturdy- no wobbly ness- nor even any give nor squeaks or noise with movement-and I am 275 pounds. The bars along the top help aid in helping to turn and also upon trying to get up from the bed- the bed has protectors on leg bottoms so my laminate floor is not damaged. Got my bed on super sale, usually always have had actual antique iron beds- but the sturdiness, looks and quality of this bed far exceeds all my expectations! I totally love my new bed and has been the very best investment I have made in a new piece of furniture! Thank you Allewie for an awesome quality product well worth every penny!
