straps fit perfect on my wrists when lifting. I ordered the 2nd size. tested them on deadlifts and wow !! is all i can say. I had the metal clips and these figure 8 blows the clips out the water. 407lb deadlift was cake walk today.

Grip deadlifts like a vice!

Awesome fit! Superior performance — the heavier the weight, the tighter the grip. Would HIGHLY recommend (and I have already).
