How do you set it?

I see no buttons or dials to set the time or date? And why doesn't it have a clasp? Just a piece of metal that pushes thru a hole on the band to keep it on? And a battery picture is bleeping. You better not have sent me a watch with a dead battery. I better hear something back from you guys by tomorrow or it's going back to Walmart.
