Each Ceramic HotTile? is grouted onto a 22 gauge stainless steel plate with 18 gauge ribs on the underside. The improved ribbed style not only keeps the tile in place, it also adds durability. The durable stainless steel ensures your tiles will be long-lasting. This versatile design can be used in hot or cold applications, upt to 400°F. The hot tile can also be used as a well cover during off-peak hours, or with an overheat lamp. It is also compatible with NSF-7 cases.
