Valspar 1 Qt. Clear Base Self Priming Latex Satin Porch & Floor Enamel

I bought a previously owned house, and the last owners had dogs and cats for pets. They had carpet everywhere in their house, and the carpet was saturated with dog and cat urine. They stank really bad, so I had to remove them. I acid cleaned the concrete floors, and also use bleach and Pine-Sol. However, there was still this mild stench from the dog and cat urine. So, I used Seal Krete Lock Down concrete Bonding Primer. I let it dry the recommended 2 hour time limit, and then applied Valspar Latex Porch and Floor Paint, because it comes in a variety of colors. I allowed this to cure for 72 hours, and then applied Seal Krete Clear Seal, and allowed that to dry and cure for an additional 72 hours. My floors look excellent, and and the Valspar paint color goes great with my floors that are tiled. Plus, I don't have to hurry up and tile the painted floors, so I can now save money to buy the tiles. Also, allowing the Valspar paint to dry for 72 hours instead of 24 hours makes it hard, and the Seal Krete Clear Seal makes it hard as a rock, and it looks like tile. I will be using Valspar when I do my screened in porch concrete floor, too. This is a great product when used properly.

I purchased this product over a year ago. I used it to paint the concrete on my small front porch alcove. The area that it covered was about 8'by 8'. The small can cover it all in two coats.So far it has been holding up beautifully. I haven't done any touch ups and there's been no pealing and no stains. I occasionally mix bleach and water to keep it clean. This is a great product. I'll be using it again for future projects.
