What can say. The instructions were terrible. The printing and pictures were very small and not very descriptive. I'm not the best handyman but not the worse. Instructions should be able to understand and followed for everyone including a novice. Lucky I had the tools necessary, They didn't say what tools were needed. It took me about 90 mins. Setting the pad and foam rollers height adjustment are ok but are limited for different size people. The extra curved top of the pad is not helpful and unnecessary. It is light enough and easy to move. It will work, ok but not what I had hoped for, The price makes it ok.
