It Functions.

You can run water from a sink all over it and it operates with a pretty hot little lighter!Water may be 'hell' on velcro (it has such a closure, across its flap top!), especially in locations like mine in New York City, where all the water is treated with clorine! I didn't immerse it (nor would I!), since fire resistance was the major reason I got them!
