PurAmino is a hypoallergenic, iron fortified, amino acid based formula used for infants and toddlers with severe cow's milk protein allergies, and other food allergies. From the makers of Enfamil which is the #1 pediatrician recommend brand, and Nutrimgein the #1 Hypoallergenic brand trusted by pediatricians. * It is suitable for conditions such as protein maldigestion, malabsorption/chronic diarrhea, short bowel syndrome, eosinophilic esophagitis, and other conditions that may require an elemental diet. PurAmino is suitable for oral and tube feeding. It contains omega 3 DHA and ARA, important fatty acid nutrients that provide brain support and eye development. PurAmino provides a sole source of nutrition for infants up to age 6 months and provides a major source of nutrition for toddlers up to 24 months of age, when indicated. In cases of severe and multiple food allergies or intolerances, PurAmino can be continued as a milk substitute in the diet of children. 1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula. 2. Pour desired amount of water into the bottle. Add powder. 3. Cap bottle and shake well.
Safe Handling Instructions
Either feed immediately or cover and store in refrigerator at 35-40F (2-4C) for no longer than 24 hrs. Do not use prepared formula if it is unrefrigerated for more than a total of 2 hours. Do not freeze prepared formula. After feeding begins, use formula within one hour or discard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was on Nutramigen so when we had our daughter that's what we wanted to try for her. Turns out she has more problems then my son did so our pediatrician gave us a sample of puramino to try and it helped her almost instantly. She is finally getting through feedings without crying in pain and throwing up her formula.

Worked wonders!

Helped my boy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Puramino is exactly what my little boy needed to help with his CMPA. He has been on it since he was three weeks old and he is thriving. There were some bumps on the road with formula but once we landed on this, it's been smooth since. His rashes went away, his gastrointestinal discomfort improved within a few short weeks and he is in the 99th percentile in both height and weight.
