I swim outdoors year round in a heated pool in the DC area. It helps keep me warm getting in and out and I wear a furry robe when I get out. The thumb hole is great, keeps the sleeves down and less water gets in. I had the same suit before but after a long time it had stretched too much. This one is the same size but it feels very tight. I'm sure it will stretch but next time I'll size up. I'm a 5'5, 150 lbs senior.
