Damaged Shipment

Received the package after it rode around on a FedEx truck for five days. Opened it up and installed the brackets on the driver side. Pulled the bubble wrap off the driver side bar only to find a large dent in the top middle between the two steps. I sent RealTruck an email with a photo showing them the damage. Did not receive a response for a week so I sent a follow up. Response came asking if I wanted a refund or new bars. I asked if I could just return the dented driver side. RealTruck wrote back they had to send both sides and the brackets. Excellent customer service. The new ones rode around on the FedEx truck again for a few days. Box looked worse but no damage to the bars.

Running boards for 19 year old Ranger

The person helping us order for helpful and knowledgeable. Our order came in only one week. The supports were very heavy duty and the running boards were very nice looking. It almost looks like a new truck. I could not be more pleased. The only difficult part was getting the old running boards off.
