Provide 2 bags of herb to be put inside the pockets of the inner belt to sooth the pain from inguinal hernias that have been diagnosed by a medical professional. Application: Position pads above injured area than attach straps around waist and in between your legs. Put both herb bags into the pocket if the hernia is bilateral. Adjust the straps and position the pads against your abdomen in a gentle but firm manner, exerting just enough pressure and compression to push the bulge or bulges back in. Once the hernias have been reduced, secure the adjustment straps to maintain pressure. One size for all.

Care and clean instruction:
1) water temperature should be below 40° C
2) Do not mix with other clothings when wash
3) No bleach
4) Hand wash with mild detergent is recommended
5) No mahcine wash
6) Do not twist hard and should rub softly and press water out after wash and leave at shady place to air dry.
7) Do not dry directly under the SUN or dry with DRYER
8) It will take more than 12 hours to dry completely in a shady place
9) Wash as needed
