I've used Whistle Stop Chili Starter for years. It's a little pricier now, but still use it . I believe it should be stocked at all times. If you've ever seen Fried Green Tomatoes, is their recipe. They also have the Fried Green Tomatoes batter as welll. Go ahead and try it. I approve it .
