Instructions
. Important: Read and follow all cautions, instructions and notes before use. For outdoor use only. Oxidation from sun and elements or biogrowth (mold, mildew, or algae) can cause permanent discoloration on outside surfaces. Test on an inconspicuous area before using. Wear eye protection and rubber gloves during use. Formula may stain clothes and shoes - dress appropriately. Directions For Use: 1. Spray surrounding plants with water before and after use. 2. Shake well before spraying. 3. Attach garden hose to nozzle with valve in Off position. Turn on water to hose. 4. Turn nozzle to Clean and coat the area, working from the ground upward. Allow to work up to 5-10 minutes. Do Not Allow Solution To Dry. 5. Turn nozzle to Rinse and rinse area well with water. If staining persists a second coat and brushing may be required. 6. Move to a new area and repeat. 7. Turn to Off for storage. Helpful Tips: Do not use on cedar or redwood that is less than 2 years old. Avoid contact with metal surfaces, painted or finished surfaces, clothing, carpet, fabrics, floor coverings or vegetation. Do not use in windy conditions. Use of this product may loosen fibers from surfaces environmentally damaged by sun, wind and rain. Particularly stubborn stains may require a second application.

This stuff is awesome!!
My husband is a pretty OCD individual and we had sap and mold on one of our decks. We were skeptical that any "deck wash" would work, but it did! We rinsed and did a light brush first which probably helped but we saw a distinct difference after applying and returning ~10 minutes later. The mold and sap were gone and our deck was wood colored again! We would recommend this to others.

Very satisfied
I bought this product based on a tv ad and although skeptical, I figured I'd try it out before renting a pressure washer. I put breakfast on and went out to apply the first coat. I let it sit for the recommended 5-10 minutes and when I went back outside, before the rinse, I could clearly see the difference. THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS!!! I only used this on siding but in most areas, only one coat was necessary. If I had to find a complaint with his product it would be that they add a nozzle extension to reach higher areas. If you're thunking about trying this out, trust me...DO IT!
