Delivery/ package great. dure no instructions but easy to figure out. Except the bottom seat poles slipped in seat to finish slipping in to bottom support.Tricks to connect. Assemble except connecting bottom seat pole ,push all poles as far as you can and move them around to stretch abit. Then put poles into bottom base. They will not go in all the way. Do this on both sides. place chair on flat surface. With one hand on top of right side pole,reach with palm onto top of the bottom pole. Push lite downward while keeping palm on top. Now do same for other side. If one side doesn't go all the way it will when you sit. You will hear a slot sound when it goes in. This is well made ,lite, portable. If you are wide structure or want to sit tall you may want a different chair. But definitely a nice camp chair well made lite, portable chair with zipper bag.
