Just started using so I'm not sure how fast or if it completely gets rid of them. I have very severe psoriasis and just putting it on there's no burn, it takes all the redness and scales completely away for several hours which is half the battle. Has an “earthy” scent but doesn't linger long after application. Not greasy or sticky.

So far it is working well

I have eczema on my elbows and add this cream to an elbow bandage. My elbows have already started to heal to the point that the skin is no longer coming off in large flakes. There are other spots on my torso where I add the cream to help with the process of it healing enough to not be so sensitive and maybe going away one day.
