I bought these previously in the mini size thinking they would be easier to swallow. Now that I know they are chewable, this larger size is fine too. The lemon is my favorite for this reason as well. I do store them in the refrigerator. Although I do eat some fish, these are certainly handy as an addition.

The best bang for your buck!

This is the best quality. I've tried a lot of other fish oils and you always get the fillers and have to take at least 2-3 pills every day. This is such great quality that you only have to take 1 capsule a day with food. It is a little more expensive but you are taking less and it's working better, so to me, it's completely worth it!
