Instructions
Snap the metal disk in place and watch it heat up in seconds. Massage the pack until heated evenly, then attach the heat pack to the mask by aligning the eye holes. Place the mask and attached heat pack over your eyes and secure with the adjustable straps. Adjust until comfortable. Wear the mask for 10 minutes or as prescribed by your doctor. Once finished, place the heat pack in boiling water for 5-10 minutes or until the contents of the heat pack are completely liquid. Remove the pack from the boiling water, let it cool, and it's ready to use again!

Best heat mask I have used by far!
The best thing about this mask is that I can read, use my phone, or get ready in the morning while using it. The heat is perfect and lasts for over 15 minutes. The quality of the materials is great and the customer service is wonderful. I won't be able to go back to a microwaveable mask after using this.

I like the "no microwave " just crack the metal clip inside the mask and the mask heats up. Only problem is the heat lasts only for about 10-12 mins and the recommended time is about 20 mins. Repeat is OK but the process of returning mask to liquid is another process. Anyway I like the mask, it reliefs the dryness of the eyes.

This product has very sharp corners right around the eye holes! Co founder of company replied that its expense to change things in production! Told me to cut and sand off sharp areas myself! You think company would be more concerned about customer safety but obviously they only care about money!
