I have been using Elmer's craft bond Permanent Tape Runner and refill for 17 years. I make cards for family and friends, and I teach a monthly craft class for children. Elmer's Craft Bond Tape runner is economical, and easy to use. The adhesive is strong, clear and lasts a long time. My only complaint is the product is getting harder and harder to find. Wal Mart has not had the refills in the store for 4 weeks. I ordered the refills on line and only received half of my order.
