I started eating these 2 years ago for breakfast and as an occasional after exercise energy burst. After losing my targeted 30 pounds I have continued to eat them just because they taste great. These larger packs at Walmart are the best deal around, as I have tried Amazon and multiple stores. I now order them 10 packs of 12 bars at a time. Love them.

I have never tried special K products before but I am a convert. I have been eating these for breakfast and it satisfies my sweet tooth and it's very filling. I would highly recommend this product.
